Before agreeing to this agreement, please carefully read, fully understand, and comprehend the platform's rules and requirements, as well as the national laws and regulations concerning such internet information services. If you have any objections to any terms of this agreement, you may choose not to use the service; using it implies that you agree to abide by all the provisions under this agreement, as well as any subsequent modifications we may make to the recharge service. This agreement highlights terms that significantly affect your rights or may exempt or limit the platform's liability in bold. Please pay attention.
**[Special Reminder]** Recharge users must confirm that they have full civil capacity, are at least 18 years old, or are at least 16 years old and rely on their own labor income as their main source of livelihood. Underage users must obtain the consent of their parents or other legal guardians before using any paid or recharge services on this platform. The platform does not assume responsibility for any behaviors of underage users during their use of this service, nor for any consequences arising from their use of this service.

### 1. Service Description
1.1 Water Beans are virtual currency provided to users for related consumption on this platform. You can freely exchange Water Beans for virtual gifts or other products or services on the platform. Water Beans cannot be exchanged for RMB, so please purchase the corresponding quantity according to your actual needs.
1.2 Water Beans are recharge-type goods delivered online and, due to their special nature, are not subject to the rights of withdrawal and the seven-day no-reason return clauses in the "Consumer Protection Law." Once the recharge is successful, it is considered final, and the platform does not offer any refunds or reverse exchanges. If there are disputes due to the inability to use Water Beans, users can contact customer service for inquiries and resolution.
1.3 The platform's recharge system provides various methods such as Apple Pay, Alipay, WeChat, UnionPay, and PayPal (available only to users in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and overseas). Users can use these methods to recharge Water Beans or increase the amount of virtual currency in related online games under their platform account.
1.4 After using the aforementioned methods to recharge, users should keep the recharge order number or recharge record as a proof for future verification. If users file complaints about the recharge service but fail to provide any valid proof, the platform will not offer any compensation.
### 2. Usage Rules
2.1 Users must be the account holders of the bound payment accounts, able to legally and effectively use the accounts, and not infringe on any third-party rights. Otherwise, users shall independently resolve any disputes arising from damages to the actual owner of the payment account and assume all legal responsibilities.
2.2 Users must use the recharge methods specified by the platform to increase the Water Beans in their account. If users use non-platform specified recharge systems or illegal methods to recharge and suffer losses, they shall not request any compensation from the platform. The platform also reserves the right to terminate the account and the use of all recharge services at any time.
2.3 When using Water Beans or the recharge system, users must carefully confirm their account and the recharge amount. Users shall bear responsibility for any losses arising from their own errors, such as incorrect account input, improper operation, or misunderstanding of the recharge billing methods, leading to recharging the wrong account, selecting the wrong recharge type, or entering the wrong recharge amount.
2.4 If users violate the platform's user agreement or this recharge service agreement, resulting in the freezing of their account and termination of their account usage rights, they shall not request any compensation from the platform.
2.5 If the platform discovers processing errors due to system failures or other reasons, it reserves the right to correct the error after notifying users via email, phone, private message, or other reasonable means. If this measure results in users receiving fewer Water Beans than they should have, the platform will make up the difference to the user’s account as soon as the error is confirmed. If the error results in users receiving more Water Beans than they should have, the platform has the right to deduct the difference from the user’s account.
2.6 Users are prohibited from engaging in any illegal or criminal activities through Water Beans or recharge services. If violations occur, the platform reserves the right to terminate the service, and in severe cases, the matter will be referred to judicial authorities.
### 3. Service Fees by Channel Providers
The channel providers corresponding to each recharge method may charge service fees according to their standards (which may be indicated on the recharge operation page or other pages of the channel provider) and collect them during the recharge process. Please note the service fees charged by the channel providers and choose the recharge method according to your needs.
### 4. Disclaimer
4.1 You can check your Water Beans balance at any time on the mobile app. If you have any objections to the balance, you should immediately notify the platform. The platform will correct any confirmed errors; otherwise, you agree that the transaction records on the platform are the sole valid proof of Water Beans transactions.
4.2 The platform has the right to set relevant transaction matters (including but not limited to transaction limits, transaction frequency, etc.) based on considerations of transaction security. You understand that the platform's settings may cause some inconvenience to your recharge transactions, and you have no objections to this.
4.3 Under any circumstances, the responsibility for related services provided by third parties during your purchase of Water Beans rests with the third party, and the platform does not assume such responsibility.
4.4 If the platform cannot provide Water Beans purchasing services or if any errors occur during the provision of Water Beans purchasing services due to your reasons, any resulting losses or liabilities shall be borne by you. The platform does not assume responsibility, including but not limited to:
1) You did not operate according to this agreement or any rules published by the platform from time to time;
2) Your platform account is invalid, lost, or suspended;
3) Losses or liabilities caused by your bound third-party payment institution accounts, including the use of unauthorized third-party payment accounts, or the freezing or seizure of your third-party payment accounts;
4) Loss of property caused by disclosing your password to others;
5) Loss of property due to your intentional or gross negligence.
4.5 The platform team is not responsible for damages if the platform system is unable to function properly, causing you to be unable to use services or any loss of virtual property. These circumstances include but are not limited to:
(1) System maintenance, upgrades, or adjustments announced on the platform;
(2) Telecommunication communication or equipment failure preventing data transmission;
(3) Platform system obstruction caused by force majeure factors such as typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power outages, wars, terrorist attacks, or government control;
(4) Service interruptions or delays caused by reasons such as hacker attacks, telecommunication department technical adjustments or failures, website upgrades, or related third-party issues.
### 5. Service Changes, Interruptions, or Terminations
5.1 The platform may change the service or update the terms of this agreement at any time based on business needs, but shall promptly indicate the modified content on the relevant page. The modified service agreement, once posted on the page, replaces the original service agreement. You can always view the latest recharge service agreement on the Water Beans or recharge page.
5.2 In the event of any of the following situations, the platform has the right to interrupt or terminate the network services under this agreement to you at any time without notice:
(1) You provide false personal information;
(2) You violate the purchase rules specified in this agreement;
(3) You violate the user agreement and the platform management rules.
In addition to the above situations, the platform also reserves the right to interrupt or terminate part or all network recharge services at any time without prior notice to users. The platform shall not be liable for any losses caused by the interruption or termination of the recharge service to users or any third party.
5.3 If users illegally use non-personal Apple App Store agents for recharge or purchase Water Beans through other channels not recognized by the platform, the platform has the right to freeze the account and impose corresponding penalties. For serious violations, the account will be permanently banned.
5.4 If users violate national laws and regulations, the "User Registration Agreement," the "Platform Violation Management Measures," this agreement, or other platform user management regulations during the use of the platform, the platform has the right to temporarily or permanently ban your account. During the account ban period (if applicable), the remaining Water Beans in your account will be temporarily frozen or fully deducted, and cannot be used to purchase virtual products or services on the platform. The cash value of the purchased Water Beans will not be refunded.
### 6. Applicable Law, Jurisdiction, and Others
6.1 The formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement are governed by the laws of the Mainland of the People's Republic of China.
6.2 If any disputes or controversies arise between you and the platform due to this agreement, they shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the People's Court of Chaoyang District, Beijing.
6.3 If any provision of this agreement is deemed void, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this agreement.
